Where to begin

    RECYCLE

    You can recycle by bringing clean empty jars to our shop located in the Starland District. You will be given a loyalty card and each jar is worth one (1) stamp (or $6 credit).

    REFILL

    Refills are available with approved Wild Root vessels.

Refill Station

Bring your empty clean jars to our shop in Savannah to get them refilled or to do a refill exchange.

Apothecary Jars and Clear Apothecary Jars are our only acceptable vessels for refills at the moment.

Refills will take up to a week or if we have your scent and same vessel in stock, we can do a refill exchange.

  • Yes! We currently do not have the man power to clean all the jars returned to us. We have made a video above of some tips on how to clean our jars.

  • As much as we’d like to fill any vessel it becomes a little complicated so currently we are only accepting the below jars.

  • Pick up a Recycle Rewards card the next time you stop in the shop. Each jar returned equals 1 stamp or $6 credit to use on your next purchase. 5 stamps can be saved on one card and used for a later purchase.

  • If you are returning a jar that is currently available in our shop, you can exchange rather than wait for a refill. You do not need a stamp as we are already exchanging for a $6 credit.

  • Approx one week. You will receive an email when it is available for pickup or we can ship.
